fisheye cam suggestion

hey everyone so I work in retail and we want to deploy some fisheye cameras on our store's ceiling to detect the percentage of male and female shoppers we have and what their preferences are. I don't really know much about fisheye cams and their accuracy. I did ask one consultant from Tyco and he told me that its accuracy could exceed 99%. Man, I don't know, I highly doubt that. Do y'all have any suggestions?
