Help / I need some help with my Wansview 541

I've had this camera for a while, put it up, lost it, now I need to use it again.

It's set up and working great .. except .. for 2 things.

1). I can't get the presets to work.  It seems like they are but they never "stick" .. so when I press the # buttons it never moves the camera to the pre-designated location.  I have to move it manually.

The only way I can even access the presets is through my phone app, the browser view doesn't show them.

2). I can't get the web address to work so I can view from another location, or let a friend log in to view the webcam.

The web address the software give me ( network/DDNS Settings/Manufacture's Domain) says it's working, but there is no login options, and no video ever shows up .. just this message:

It works!

This is the default web page for this server.

The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.


So, obviously I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what lol.

Please help :)
