testing camera daughter board?

Is it possible?...  I'm wanting to hook it up through usb to the computer to see if it does indeed work.. or replace the main board with an adriuno or something like that.      any input?.. 

It is of course from an easyn fm-166 the cam bard is labeled ov7740 1-24-2013 easyn 1.0

Or, while on the subject, would it possible to repurpose the main pcb since I am not getting anywhere toward putting it back in original working order?..   like an adruino..   or something?..

It should be possible AS the connection is just standard USB. Most likely the PC won`t find a driver for the unknown USB device er maybe a generic one if you are lucky.
