Although this is from a while ago, it still annoys me -

Google accused us of being evil pirates, and distributing copyrighted material. (see bottom of this post for details from their mail).  As far as I can see, this is mostly due to a sendspace link on the page in question, which links to a firmware file for the camera's.

Despite attempts to contact google, to resolve this, its still unsolved.

We are in contact with many manufacturers of camera's and firmware, and they're more bemused by me "wasting my time" on this, than otherwise.  We have permission to host firmware and other related materials, as it offloads some of the support issues they see onto others.  So much so, that some of them have actually started referring people to our forums for assistance.

This isn't an isolated case either, there are a number of others that have experienced the same sillyness, and lack of care in the robot pasted autoreplies that show that no-one actually bothered to check when I complained.
