Title: has anyone an INKO-BWC02? accidently overwritten part of firmware
Post by: gw6919 on October 24, 2019, 03:41:51 pm
Hello,
I recently bought an IP camera, see https://www.reichelt.de/wlan-mini-ueberwachungskamera-ikv-inko-bwc-02-p230523.html?&trstct=pos_0
The camera worked, but I couldn't turn on the IR LEDs. So I started to access & explore the camera via serial port. On the u-Boot command line I tried to change & save network parameters. This was a mistake, because u-Boot wrote to the wrong area and did overwrite part of the os partition.
The camera now stops in the bootloader, because the kernel image is corrupted. Root file system is still present and valid.

Has anyone the same camera (BWC01 might also work) with the ability to connect via serial interface or telnet so that he and can pass me the overwritten parts?

regards
G.
