I buy on ebay

Camera had no option DDNS: no-ip

i flash new firmware Foscam FI8908W Firmware  all ok

i flash  firmware FI8908W_Firmware_11_14_2_17__UI_2_4_8_14  and camera died

i have USB to serial UART

and read state

but have problem  when i rebooting i have problem
i flash adress  fx 6 romfs.img 0x7f0d0000 0x7f0d0000 -a  and  bootloader > fx 6 romfs.img 0x7f0e0000 0x7f0e0000 -a       but the problem remains

please help

Hi, I have same this problem. I testing much ROMs Linux but much times i2c write error and reboot .. :( i need help thanks

Your kernel looks ok, but your romfs isn't in the right place.

You have a 4M flash camera, so suggest check the wiki or other posts for where you need to stick the romfs in flash memory.

kernel is ok, its the romfs you need to rewrite at the correct location.

I also getting the same problem as you  :-\

Camera had no option DDNS: no-ip

So what happened ?? do you fix that ? Does your IP camera working with no-ip DDNS ?? Please reply me  :-\ I also having this damn problem.. Thank you

To have NO-IP listed on the camera ddns setting list, you shall need to update the Embedded WEB IU to version
You do not need to update the firmware.
