Hello there one and all
Here we go from an absolute newbie who only joined the site yesterday.
Being over 80 but with some senses still intact it amazes me that you young'ns bandy about with acronyms. Give us old'ens the chance to know what you are on about. Please

Hi,

I don't know wht you mean  ;)

Maybe you can just start the glossary by collecting those acronyms you think most important and we'll try to explain? Then you can start a page in the wiki about them...

The bar above 'GIT'. Just go back to'Feature suggestions' page - OIT, UI, IPKG, for starters.

I started the site with content aimed at developers, not the general public.

As there is a fair amount of traffic for people who are interested in using the equipment vs developing for it, I'll probably section off some of the site into appropriate content for each.

Currently thats in process.

In the interim - some of the answers -
GIT is a software tool for sharing source code to software.
UI is user interface (the stuff you click on to make things go).
iPKG is a tool for downloading more software into a device.
