Haven't checked these out yet, in general though this applies:

2M flash firmware will be < 1M in size each for linux.bin and the romfs.
4M flash firmware will be larger..

Make sure you know what hardware is inside your camera before playing with any of these.
If people are interested, I can mount / split all of them into linux and romfs and do a file listing for each one.
Might be better that way, then its less random..

Takes time to do that though, so if any volunteers or donations etc feel free ;)

Have uploaded more firmware in the http://www.openipcam.com/files/Firmware folder.

Don't randomly upgrade firmware in your device unless you are sure you know how to resolve any subsequent issues.

(eg by adding a serial port, and uploading the correct firmware).

I have uploaded my good copies of the firmware files for WansView NC541/W. I have loaded this into two cameras and both work file. All three files, linux.zip, romfs.bin and webui.bin, are included.

The firmware can be downloaded at:
http://www.box.net/shared/83b1ture22

Lawrence - possibly you could copy this file to the Files section.

Gave in, and got VPN access, so can get at Box.net from here in China.

Will upload now to firmware folder.

@celem - nice job!
I think I'll have to follow your example, and include a locations file when i do the next firmware set.
